Let me tell you about my terrible online shopping experience, hoping it serves as a cautionary tale for everyone. GlassesUSA has still not sent my refund for an order I never received. They have $246.00 of my hard-earned money from a glasses order placed on February 24th, and the tracking number still shows it stuck in Atlanta, Georgia. All I ever get are bot responses telling me it's "in transit." I felt compelled to leave this review and try engaging customer service one last time because I desperately need my money back and cannot get a human to help.

Customer: My order #105081183, placed back on February 24th, never arrived, and I still haven't received my $246 refund. The tracking just says it's stuck in Atlanta. CS Rep: I understand your frustration. Let me check order #105081183 for you. Our system still indicates the order is in transit. Customer: "In transit" is all I ever hear from your automated system! It's been weeks, and I'm out $246 for glasses I never received. What are you going to do to actually get me my money back? CS Rep: I sincerely apologize for the delay and the inconvenience this has caused. I will escalate this immediately and initiate a full refund for your order. Please allow 7-10 business days for the funds to reflect in your account. Customer: 7-10 business days? After all this time, and me having to chase you down just to acknowledge the problem? Can't it be faster? CS Rep: I understand your concern about the timeline. That is the standard processing time for refunds once they are approved. I've marked it as urgent on our end. You should receive a confirmation email shortly.

The reason I left this review on the website is to hopefully prevent others from falling into the same trap and to highlight the desperate need for real customer support.
