This is a terrible company to purchase from if you have any issues with your glasses. They will gladly take your money, but when it’s time for them to fix a problem, it seems impossible. The business feels pretty much fully automated. I felt compelled to leave a review and engage with customer service because after multiple attempts, when I finally got in touch with someone, they were extremely rude and would end the call abruptly. They just seemed to not care, and there’s no one else to talk to to file a complaint. I truly feel like I was being scammed, with no way to get help.
