I paid $19.95 for "next day delivery" for my glasses, only to receive an email hours later stating my order would take "3 business days." I tried contacting them repeatedly—via automated phone lines, a live chat bot, and multiple emails—all to no avail. When I finally reached a human, they told me they’d just "submit my request to the billing department" and abruptly ended the call without resolving anything. This utter lack of customer service pushed me to finally get through to someone, hoping for a simple refund for a service I never received.
Customer: I paid for next-day delivery on my order, and it's clearly not next-day. My order was placed on the 18th and delivered on the 24th. I want my $19.95 shipping fee refunded immediately.
