I paid $19.95 for "next day delivery" for my glasses, only to receive an email hours later stating my order would take "3 business days." I tried contacting them repeatedly—via automated phone lines, a live chat bot, and multiple emails—all to no avail. When I finally reached a human, they told me they’d just "submit my request to the billing department" and abruptly ended the call without resolving anything. This utter lack of customer service pushed me to finally get through to someone, hoping for a simple refund for a service I never received.

Customer: I paid for next-day delivery on my order, and it's clearly not next-day. My order was placed on the 18th and delivered on the 24th. I want my $19.95 shipping fee refunded immediately. CS Rep: I understand your frustration, sir. I see here that your order did indeed experience a significant delay beyond the advertised next-day timeframe. I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and the misleading information you received. Customer: Misleading is an understatement. I've tried calling multiple times, dealing with bots, and sending emails, and no one has helped. This is unacceptable. I expect a full refund for that specific charge. CS Rep: I completely agree that your experience has been far from satisfactory. I can process a full refund for the $19.95 next-day delivery fee for you right now. It should reflect in your account within 3-5 business days. Customer: Thank you. That's what I should have gotten days ago without this hassle.

The reason I left this review on the website is to hopefully prevent others from falling into the same trap of paying for services this company simply does not provide, especially without any human support.
