It’s been impossible to get ahold of a live person to actually help get this resolved, despite multiple chat sessions, phone calls and emails. I felt compelled to leave this review and finally demand a conversation with customer service because this is not just an inconvenience; it’s a health risk.
Customer: I received my order, and the prescription is completely wrong! I've been wearing them for a day, and I'm experiencing dizziness and nausea. This is unacceptable for safety glasses. CS Rep: I am so sorry to hear about this, and I understand how serious an incorrect prescription, especially for safety glasses, can be. Can you please provide your order number so I can look into this immediately? Customer: My order number is GUSA-12345. I’ve tried reaching someone for days, and I keep getting bots! I need these corrected, and I need them quickly; I can't work like this. CS Rep: Thank you, I have your order details. I sincerely apologize for the difficulty you've had reaching us.
