I placed an order for frames only, without a prescription, and explicitly paid for express shipping. On June 25th, I received an email saying the frames had shipped. But two days later, the tracking information still says a label was created, and the carrier still does not have the shipment. There's also no estimated delivery date! It's incredibly frustrating. I felt compelled to leave this review and engage with customer service because this isn't what I paid for.
Customer: My order was supposed to be express shipped, but the tracking hasn't updated in two days. It says a label was created, but the carrier doesn't even have it. Customer: So, what does that mean for my frames? When will I actually get them? I need them soon, which is why I chose express shipping in the first place. CS Rep: We are committed to getting your frames to you. While the investigation is ongoing, if there's no movement by tomorrow morning, we can offer to remake and reship your order via priority overnight at no additional cost, or you can wait for the current shipment to update.
